I earned my B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University). I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Georgia and expect to defend my dissertation and complete my degree by May 2027. Substantively, my research lies at the intersection of U.S. Congress and public opinion, with a particular emphasis on using rigorous quantitative methods to study questions of political representation and behavior. I have received extensive methodological training through my coursework at UGA, as well as through the ICPSR Summer Program in Quantitative Methods at the University of Michigan and the Video Research Institute at Purdue University.
